Here is the law that is being broken by these squatters;
7.96.040 - Overnight parking exception.

A. Said vehicle must conform to all applicable sections of the Vehicle Code of the state of California; B. Said vehicle must have completely self-contained utilities, meeting all applicable codes and laws of the state of California governing such mobile living units, as defined in Section 7.96.010 of this chapter, or meeting such requirements in the jurisdiction of registration, if the vehicle is registered outside the state of California; C. The self-contained utilities described in subsection B above must include toilet facilities; D. Said vehicle, or the occupants thereof, may not discharge or discard any litter, effluent, sewage or other matter into any public street or way or upon any private property while parked as provided in this section; E. No mobile living unit may be parked under the provisions of this section in any residential zoned district; and F. Same rv spotted on welfleet and winter harbor. Battery dead sign on window. I called vallejo PD and it says on the abandoned vehicle recording that it currently takes about 30 days to look into each report because they are first come first served.
I give up. Vallejo you are in serious need of a makeover. This makes me so upset that these bums get away with this kind of squatting over and over. It's a joke. Why even have laws that say you can't do something when they are not enforced.
