Description

The garbage surrounds the fenced-off railroad equipment shed between the railroad tracks & the fenced parking lot. The best acesss is from Oak Street; it’s on the waterfront side of the tracks. I’m not sure if it is public or not since the equipment belongs to the railroad. The garbage does block access to the gate.
