Description
This past 3 months during the Covid19 pandemic times we have experienced a vast number of speeders on Elm St between and Sherman Ave. Thankfully no one has suffered any injuries but it's just a matter of time.
There is a desperate need to correct this issue simply with traffic calming/ Speed Bumps to render the problem. This has been ignored long enough let's make it happen before a tragedy happens.

Oh no, please, not more speed bumps. They're already on too many roads. If there are people breaking the law, they should be cited and made to repay their debt to society. We should stop making everyone suffer for the bad deeds of the few. Our roads are also used by emergency vehicles; i.e., ambulances, fire engines and police cars. They need to get to their destinations ASAP.
Installing speed bumps is an admittance of law enforcement failure. The message is, "𝙒𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣'𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙥 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙨, 𝙨𝙤 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙥𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙙."
