Then Discovery Charter School children are coming to school 7:30 am - 9:00am and from 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm it is a nightmare parents are double parking running across a four lane highway the 16th, 18th and State highway haven been called over and over again the residents are upset we cannot get in and out of our community
