The parents sit at the end of their driveway encouraging their young children to ride their tricycles and various other toys in the main street to our development. Sometimes they are there after dark as late as 9:30PM in the summertime. This poses a great danger to these children because this is the main street into our development and is busy. The CMPD have been notified several times but nothing is done to prevent this. Children should play in their own yards and NOT in the street! This also violates the city code for safety. Responsible parents do not allow their children to play in the street for safety reasons!
