There is a huge homeless encampment here, maybe a dozen people, camped out against the City's public art, and damaging the Oceanus mural. It also makes it difficult to get by on why sidewalk. Please move these folks off the street and into a shelter.

When they are moved, they are offered shelter and they decline it. They want to do as they please, with no rules. Even so, there needs to be a few places they can set up camp so this kind of encampment is not set up on public streets

At least 6 stolen shopping carts, Muni code violations 9.08.160 Sitting or lying on the street or sidewalk, 9.08.170 obstructing pedestrians ect Come Oakland find them a big lot if they do not want housing just get off the streets, sidewalks, on and off ramps and parks. This is not healthy or safe for them or the public.

The long term urine smell is a nightmare to get rid of to even work on the mural.
