BMP East, the mgmt. co. for the stormwater control device, inspected the level spreader and determined that it is functioning as designed. Stormwater inspections personnel also contacted the manager for this community to advise them of the citizen concern and provide the manager with the state agency that has oversight, (NCDWQ/DWR). The results of this investigation and future contact information was also provided to the citizen who initiated the SeeClickFix complaint.
